Store Policy
Collection:
We will organise with you a date and time that you will be available to collect your order.
Deliveries:
Deliveries will be organised with you prior to delivery.
Shipping:
Our products are sent with Royal Mail second class, unless Tracked is selected at checkout.
Your order is usually shipped within 3-5 working days, however some products can take longer. Please allow up to 4 days. In this instance we will contact you otherwise.
CLP information:
All CLP information will be present and correctly labelled on every one of our products. These will be correctly labelled at the point of dispatch and will not accept any complaints when CLP information has been removed by the customer.
SDS information:
These can be sent to you via email upon request.
Wax:
The wax we use is a mixture of rapeseed & coconut wax mixed with paraffin to give you the best throw and shine our products can give.
Returns:
You will have 14 days from your purchase date to contact us about any problems you have with our product.
Promotional codes:
Only one promotional code can be used at any one time. The last promotional code entered will be used at the checkout and replace all others entered previously.
